Vision Building Reports are your premier building inspectors in the Darling Downs. Clients can receive their reports via email or post, so they can read them as soon as possible. We travel out to Toowoomba, Oakey, Pittsworth, Gatton, Crows Nest, Dalby, Allora and Warwick.

Vision Building Reports and Brad Hogan are covered by professional indemnity insurance through Rapid Solutions Pty Ltd to reassure our clients and safeguard their assets.

We encourage our clients to attend their inspections if possible. You are welcome to be onsite with Brad while he is undertaking your inspection and ask him any questions you may have towards the end of the inspection. It is important that your inspector is not distracted from concentrating during the inspection process so please do not obstruct or interrupt him during the inspection. At the finish of your inspection, both the building and pest inspectors will provide you with a verbal summary of their findings while you are still at the property. If you are unable to attend your inspection our inspectors are happy to give you a call after they are completed and provide you with a verbal summary of their findings. Once you receive your reports, they are happy to go over these with you also.
